I need assistance!!!

After posting my situation here last week, I've still haven't received any feed back. my contract line has been off for 32 days. I've spoke to many call centre agents and team leaders, get promised a call back, still not 1 person from Telkom has contacted me directly. I've send emails to a team leader and he does not respond to my emails. What should I do to get service from Telkom Mobile??? I'm at a point where I want to cancel my contract!! please can I have assistance???
