I need answers

I wish I could rate them even lower. I am currently waiting on my cellphone for nearly a 4 months now.. I'm probably going to be waiting another year. I've paid the access fee of R940 already because I was told by the tech guy instore that it will be repaired in the 2weeks but 2 weeks turned into 4months. I just want answers because I don't know what happened to my cellphone and nobody is keeping me updated.
