I need an Email address for Telkom Billings Department please. !!

Hello. This is Mrs Achmat and I am extremely disappointed and upset with Telkom Mobile. I have a dispute that I want to log to the Billings department and it is a nightmare to get hold of an email address. I’ve been trying for weeks and The Telkom call Centre Won’t give me one. They gave me two Emails at one point, however the mail was sent back as an invalid address. We are billed for an enormous amount which I feel I am not liable to pay. And I can’t get hold of anyone In charge. How are people with billing issues And with major disputes expect to argue their case. It is rediculous. !!!!!Please Does anybody have an email address for Telkom’s billing department? I know other people are also battling like I am to get hold of one.
