I need a technician!

I called the call center to have a technician come to our premises to assess an issue that we have been logging faults for for at least 5 years! Not only was the call center agent rude but she hung up the phone before attending to my dispute. Telkom, you are the service provider. You are not providing me with the level of service that you should be quite capable of providing. The last person on our premises was going to get parts and return to replace the parts but has not returned! That was 6 months ago! I need a technician to come and assess my situation again and I need him/her to come when I am present therefore someone at Telkom needs to inform me when the person is arriving. This also never happens! Please, I need someone urgently and I need to know when they are coming! This situation is far beyond ridiculous!
