I need a response from telkom

***** contract was opened under my name,I went to Richards bay Telkom for help they said I must leave my documents so that they can send them to the head office for further investigation. They said they will get back to me but it been a month waiting for their response. I called 2 times for follow up they said my case is with a head office. they will get back to me. please help me I want them to clear my name as soon as possible since I have been waiting for a month. the other thing is they said I must reverse back my money that they took to my bank account, this is affecting my credit record so badly.
