I'm still waiting

It's day number 4 and im still waiting . I phoned telkom on Thursday due to a error with my line , my internet's ping is over 500 m/s with a download speed op 120kbs and a upload speed of 80kbs . This is unacceptable as I have a 4mbs line. So to put it in simpler words i have to wait about 30 seconds for my google to open up . I've been waiting 4 days for them to work on the problem and everytime I've phoned them they have promised to keep me updated and provide me with feedback but I end up phoning them yet again . I've had it with HELKOM
