I'm so disgusted with Telkom service!!!

This monring at 10h50 I went to telkom to get a new contract that is advertised on their website. R99 for 5 gigs 24 month contract. When I got there I was advised the special was over the first week it came out. I then decided to take Lenovo for R199 it comes with a Mobile Router and 1 gb. There contract was processed, they went offline waited about 20min. I had to wwit coz she told me it was the only one left. After 20min they were back online and proceeded with the applicaion. Around 11230pm. She went to get the Laptop, when she came back she couldn't scan it. She tried to find a Manager who was nowhere to be found. She called another one who said he said he has just parked the car! Two hours later I found myself still waiting for one of the managers.<br> <br> When he finally arrived she took it back for scanning. When she. Came back, she tole me the Laptop is R399. What **** is that!!! I got there looking for a R99 special, I had to change to R199. 4 hours later I'm told it's R399??? I was so peeved as I missed 2 important appointments and the telkom gives me the most bad service! I took my form as evidence and left the shop!!! I'm fuming and demand the lackage delivered to ny place!!
