I'm losing my job because of Telkom

I work from home, and my internet and telephone connection is of utmost importance. In the middle of July I moved, I informed Telkom well ahead of time that I wanted my line to be moved. The new line was only installed on 02 September, yet I was billed for the full month of July and August. I disputed this and still my line got disconnected due to non payment. I then paid the alleged amount and requested it to be credited when the dispute has been resolved, yet I still had to wait 48 hours to get reconnected. This morning after the 48 hours had expired and I was still disconnected my husband phoned Telkom, at which we were told that we underpaid with R38.00 and we will have to wait another 48 hours after that payment for reconnection. When I phoned 2 days ago I was told that my issue will be escalated as no one working at Telkom is able to assist me. I have heard nothing of that so called escalation. Then today when my husband requested to be put through to the cancellations department we were told there is no such thing, after we spoke to the cancellations department just 2 days ago. What am I supposed to do now, how is Telkom going refund my loss of income!!??
