I lost my phone after and upgrade I pay R1240 for 24months a phone worth R14000 in the market currently they are charging me an excess of R9000 which I've never in my life herd of a phone excess that is so high its sad how they put people in debt and can't assist them very sad now they charge a high excess so you should not pay worst part they took x4 months to approve the claim I have not received my minuets nothing no Sim swap and guess what when I get the phone they won't compensate me.
