I lost my job in December 2020

I lost my job in December 2020.I really tried to pay my bills,but it was difficult.I have a month to month Wi-Fi account that is heavily in arrears because I'm still billed for every month although suspended.There is no way I can pay the amount they want before I can make arrangements to cancel. Is there really nothing we can do about this?
