I LITERALLY HATE TELKOM AND THEIR SERVICE

My honest opionion . I LITERALLY HATE TELKOM they have the worst service that i have come across in my entire life.. i am paying 530.00 for a 10 meg line which only uploads below 1 meg.. which i had over 15 technecian that came out to my house and the line was never eva fixed or corrected they now are charging me almost 800.00 for this month where i dont even use my land line for them to be charging me,, i have now spent over an 1 hour trying to get hold of them on 10213 to down grade my line .. no one answers or doesnt say there are high call volumes.. but i selected the option for sales within 3 min i got an agent ,. But to dail 10213 option 1 option 3.. NO ONE ANWERS.. I LITERALLY HATE TELKOM
