I just want to cancel and cut ties forever

Telkom mobile is the worse contract one can endeavor - After 2 years of substandard problematic product and customer service, the company makes it even more difficult to NOT renew my contract. - They put me on an automatic month to month - You can't put a notice to cancellation online because their system doesn't allow it - You can't cancel telephonically - They direct you to cancel online. - There is not email support for cancellations - When you go to their store their "systems are down"

HOW DOES ONE SIMPLY CANCEL!?!?!?!?!?!?
