I just cannot get proper support

Call Center agents and their incompetence Terese - you should not be working with people - even if it is just over a chat session as you clearly do not understand the fuller picture of your work

I am just trying for 2 months now to register with "my Telkom" and to link my account, so that I can actually pay for the service that I am receiving. But due to bad support - Telkom will probably cut my service just because their own agents working in the online chat cannot properly support or communicate.
