I hope Telkom finally crumbles and go away

I have cancelled my product. Telkom system advised they will process and confirm this in 7 days. It's been three ****ing weeks now and I have tried contacting them numerous times through various channels and everyone ignores me. It's a complete nightmare if you consider the fact that they will delay your cancellation and also add a ****ing 30 day notification period. I HATE TELKOM.
