I honestly hate Telkom with my whole life!!!!!Their service is the poorest of all networks in SA!!

No feedback or response whatsoever on my insurance claim. I called Telkom multiple times and their insurer which is Adminplus, phone eventually cuts whilst holding for an agent. Telkom says they also cannot assist and I must call the insurer directly, I don't understand this pathetic answer from Telkom when they are the ones who are using the insurer for their Telkom device insurance so why must I struggle like this with a simple claim? I hate Telkom so much and wish I never took a contract with them. Their service is the poorest of all networks in SA!! I have sent so so so many complaints on email, on their site and on Hellopeter the other day, still no feedback. I want to cancel the insurance because I am basically paying for nothing for the past 4 years. I wish I could also stop paying for the ****** device because I am not even using it and Telkom has not even given me a new one according to the contract I have with them. The minute I stop paying these monthly fees then you will see how Telkom will start jumping and handing my account over to authorities saying I owe when I basically claimed for a new device as per contract but no feedback is being given on this. I honestly hate Telkom with my whole life!!!!!
