I have waited two weeks for an activation of my cellphone contract

Hi

I have a contract with Telkom. In October i received an offer via the SellDirect guys from Telkom , the delivery only arrived on November the 15th. I have since been trying to have it activated but till today no one has been able to help. I have visited two Telkom stores three times, I have lodged three cases and one escalated but till today no one has been able to help.

Does anyone no how this can be resolved, I seriously need help because i am sitting here with a phone that is useless because no activation has taken place.
