I have purchased the Huawei Pura 70 on the black Friday special and till date I'm waiting for the promotional gifts that came with the device .. they agent said 7 to 14 working days it's now March nothing has been delivered..I had been to the store where the contract was done and made an enquiry at eh end of January 2025 ..the agent said there was a back log ..till date no correspondence not even a courtesy email from them ..I'm totally disappointed with the poor service
