I have no account, but debit orders keep going off.

Out of the blue I started noticing debit orders for varies amounts going off my bank account for Telkom mobile. I reversed them though at the bank and a few days later the debit order go off again. I decided to phone Telkom to find out what is going on and spoke to Philani just to find that they claim i have a cellphone account with them for a phone that i do not even own. After explaining to Philani that i never took out a cellphone contract with Telkom he asked me to go make an affidavit at the police station explaining that i dont have an account and that i must sent it to him at ********** so that he can submit my claim to the ***** department to investigate. On 17 July I sent the Affidavit with my ID copy as requested, Philani said that he will submit the documents and a case number will be sent to cell number (vodacom) and my email address. to date i did not receive the case number after following up with him. I sent him an email again explaining that another debit order went of on the 15th of August and i got charged a bank fee for insufficient funds.

i need some urgent assistance in getting this whole mess sorted out, i do not have a telkom mobile account, i did not apply for a telkom mobile account and i do not have or want the cellphone or sim that they claim i have. I want debit orders to stop and my details removed from your system.

i will provide the full email address and the affidavit on request.

Still no response - i need urgent assistance on this. there is some serious ***** going on and this is going to cause bad credit on my record if nor resolved. Telkom still keeps trying to run debit order so against my bank account and it is annoying to keep getting in contact with my bank to reverse them.
