I have never experienced such incompetency.

I wish there was a zero star option. Absolutely useless company . Months after installation my internet is still unusable, always talking to someone that knows nothing about the service that they do not provide, some do not even understand simple terms like latency and call themselves support staff. Minimum to no service after 5 pm. There is nothing wrong with my money, why cant my internet be the same. My neighbor on Telkom has no problems you have no excuse. COME ON TELKOM PLEASE FIX MY LATENCY
