I have just about lost count and completely lost hope

<p>it is now over 2 months and my adsl and land line still have not been fixed. This is the 3rd review on hello Peter, please refer to 48 days nd counting and 55 days and counting and all that happens is I get one reference number after another. My problem is now with teh exchange so I am told and when I call again on 27th December all I was told is that there is no expected resolution date. I feel so dispondant. The original expected resolution was 15 December which has come and gone. Please telkom can I get service on my land line and my adsl and service delivery.Can someone please show an interest. What if it was you without service for over 2 months will you be happy ? I dont need yet another reference number I need resolution.the latest reno response. I actually do not even have words anymore. Please refer to *** and AI ********** and AI ********** . I reported this on 26 October 2016.</p>
