I have had such a terrible experience with Telkom qnd its installation process of fiber at my home

I have had such a terrible experience with Telkom qnd its installation process of fiber at my home. They are unreachahle via the contact number and take forever to respond to emails. When Vumatel eventually came to install my fiber it could not be picked because Telkom had our address wrong on the system. This is after Vumatel called them to rectify their system still picks up the wrong address, its impossible trying to call them and an email response takes close to 3 days..... so now we sitting with everything installed which took almost 20 days and now we still cannot use it because of Telkoms incompetence. What a terrible terrible experience !!!!!!
