I have canceled my contract in July but they still debating the money ,worse they no longer provide me with the data

I have canceled my contract in July but they still debating the money ,worse they no longer provide me with the data . I have paid the money that was in errears last Thursday, today they deducted again . They can't help me to cancel the contract completely 😡😡😡 . Worst customer service ever!!
