i have been waiting 8 months for a refund

I have been a Telkom customer up until last year and lately I feel that I wouldn't ever consider using them ever again . Telkom over debited my account with more a thousand rand ,upon ending my contract with them and it has been 8 months and still my money hasn't been paid into my account .I have been in store more times then I can remember and all they can do is log a damn call or put me through to the call centre as they don't work with refunds .every time I speak to someone at the call centre it always looks like im going to receive my refund because they ask me my bank statement and tell me this and that ...I followed and did all their requests but still nothing ....and I don't know what to do anymore im totally sick of phoning after my money .the funny apart is ,if we as customers miss just one payment we get charged interest and they quick to call after you .but wen the wheel is turned its like they couldn't care less about you ..please someone tell me what to do
