I have been ****med by Telkom.

I bought a 13 pro max at I store through telkom as a contract and then few months later I decided to pay it off and I went to the branch to cancel the account and I was given a Telkom cancellation department and I called them, I asked them how much I should pay to cancel it and they sent me the email with full amount which included cancellation fee I paid it same day on the 3rd of April 2023 and it does reflect on their end, so during my cancellation I wanted to stay on prepaid and not have a debit order from Telkom which is why I paid off everything. Then a year later I realised I'm getting bills again from Telkom when I asked them they told me the money I paid was used as a credit and the credit finished and I was receiving benefits from them which I never needed and now I'm being charged again for the phone since the credit is over, if I want the records of the call for when I was cancelling my phone they keep going around and then I called to be taken out of benefits and they did but now I have this bill which is not my fault and I feel really ****med by telkom and non of them is helpful. I've been a loyal customer but they ruined me so bad I hate the company with all of my heart including the lazy workers.
