I have been laying complaint with telkom,opened couples of cases which were closed without resolution

I have been laying complaint with telkom,opened couples of cases which were closed without resolution. Went to the store with no assistant since 2 Jan 2026. January they deducted even when they did not render service, today I received an invoice stating that they going to deduct. I cancelled the contract yesterday today i received an invoice. I told them iam going to reverse it they threatened that they will take me to debt review. How can I continue paying for something that I do not get service for?
