I have been having issues with Te lkom

I have been having issues with Te lkom. I can't get through to an agent. They didn't debit my account at the end of April. I did a manual payment. They handed my account over for collections. They have been charging me non payment fees. Also they have been doing a force debit on my account without informing me which incurred further fees. Today Telkom debits my account for April and May. April is already paid. I am so sick of the ongoing issues. Nobody seems to know what's going on or willing to help. Who can we go to to resolve my issues. Is it legal for the way they operate their business? From my last review nothing has changed
