I have been harassed for the telkom account

I have been phoned and texted by vvm your debt collecting conpany. They have been telling me to make arrangement for payment on my telkom account. I told them several times that I do not have a telkom account or any phone account. They told me to send them my proof of residence and affidavit and always promise to send me their fax number. Instead of the fax number I still receive sms to arrange payment. Im tired of being harassed for the debt which I do not have
