I HAVE BEEN CANCELLING MY BUSINESS LINE SINCE JULY

I have been trying unsuccessfully for two months to cancel my business line.I was assured that my line is cancelled by the cancellation department but the billing department says that my line is still active and is charging me for a line that has not been cancelled. I have been on the phone with telkom for the past 1,5 hours and have been transferred from cancellation to billing and back and forth. No one can seem to assist me and they refuse to put me through to a superviser!<br> <br> I AM FED UP WITH THE INCOMPETENCY OF CALL CENTRE AGENTS AT TELKOM!<br>
