I have been a Telkom customer for many years

I have been a Telkom customer for many years. I paid my data fee last week Monday evening of R850 but for a week now I have had no internet and I have spent about R400 on airtime but nobody cares to give me any answers or assistance...... I am fed up with the service received from Telkom. They call it customer service but there is NO SERVICE... literally and Figuratively....
