I have app**** for a phone contract since 2 days ago I am waiting for a call. Nobody has called. I called yesterday someone promised to help me and come back after an hour, she never did, her surname was Ngcobo. So today 25.4 at 13h35 I spoke to Nomfundo Ntshangase at new sales. What a rude person. Firstly I asked to speak to her manager she said she is the manager. When I confirm that later on she changed and denied she said she is a manager. While I was still talking she dropped the call because she knew I'm on her and her rudeness. Telkom service is poor guys. Customer service is even worse there. I am still wondering why did I bother when there are so many companies out there. But I want an explanation how one is a manager and so rude and after few minutes she denied all that.
