I have a Telkom router and the WiFi is unlimited and I was told that my account will be debited every end of the month

I have a Telkom router and the WiFi is unlimited and I was told that my account will be debited every end of the month.I have been debited at different dates for the past 3 months and when I go to the branch close to my place they call their customer services and they said last month this will be corrected.The same thing happened last month and now my WiFi is suspended cause they debited prior to the agreed date.I had to pay cash and now my line will only be reopened in 48 hrs.That’s an inconvenience to me now cause if their incompetence.I have spent more money now buying data cause my WiFi has been suspended still even though I paid Telkom cash yesterday
