i have a telkom lte uncapped contract

i have a telkom lte uncapped contract. it is a expensive contract R899 per month. I'm having endless issues with speed and connectivity. my wife cant work from home because of slow speeds .nobody answers the phone at the call center. the call is cut off after few minutes. this is really frustrating because money is deducted every month from my account without issues. but we have to put up with terrible service . please can someone assist or explain what's happening. really really fed up. cannot stream anything clearly. moved from rain to telkom for same reason. but seems as telkom also becoming like rain .
