I have a data contract with Telkom i recently upgraded to the R209 date every month last month they sent me a statement that I need to pay R460

I have a data contract with Telkom i recently upgraded to the R209 date every month last month they sent me a statement that I need to pay R460.80 they say it's for subscription which I don't know anything about those subscriptions I asked them to be cancelled and blocked to my surprise this month I received a statement that I must pay R893..... They gave me a reference on the 15th July 2024bwhich they said they will investigate but nothing I called again on the 1 August 2024 but nothing it's happening but it keeps on going high.
