I have a contract with them, my last month debit order was unpaid

I have a contract with them, my last month debit order was unpaid. No contact was made then they go debit my account on the 15th, I don't even get paid on that date, unpaid debit order charges occurred I have to pay. Just because they didn't communicate, this is not right.
