I have 2 other contracts with Telkom and I cannot wait for the 24months to b done with

I open a WiFi contract with Telkom In January and for the first 3 months I have not received the data a was paying for I have been calling them month in and out April according to them they send my full data so I asked what happen to my data they have not send they still deciding Telkom are the worse network the staff are unhelpful and can not do there job and they refuse to take an extra step to help the situation they just say I must b patient bad service
