I HATE TELKOM - PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Telkom is STILL and will ALWAYS be known as a **** service provider. There’s no other way to rate or label telkom but as horrible, terrible and a ‘gemors’ organization. Today I was on the phone with a Faith who should NOT be in servicing at all. Faith PLEASE go work for the government you fit in well for your INCOMPETENCE. every month my data just disappears and then I get told it was used (depleted) but no one at telkom can explain how, when (duration) etc. it was used. This happens Month after month. To crown it all...once u corner these *********** telkom call Centre staff then they just easily hung up the call in ur ear; if u call back then there’s no reference of the previous call that got hung up. How convenient BUT that soooo Telkom - their type of service. I just want a settlement the amount of this contract just to buy (payoff) myself out their contract. People I beg you DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT ever take out telkom contracts it’s gonna be the WORSE DECISION ever and it’s money wasted... the ONLY service I get from telkom is the 4th of each month (like clockwork) a FLAWLESSLY CALCULATED BILL and don’t forget the debit order that’s WELL OILED to go off BUT NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER HAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM! Therefore I HATE TELKOM AND PRAY DAILY FIR THEM TO FAIL AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
