i hate telkom for ruining my life.

i regret to ever to go telkom for a data contract. they ruined my life. after so many attempts to write about their unfair treatment towards me last year! i just found out that i have been blacklisted because they handed<br> handed me over for the contract i cancelled at the alberton branch last year in june. they said it was going to <br> debit one last time the amount that would include the cancellation fee. and that amount was deducted but the contract never stopped to take money from my account. the telkom call centre agent never cared at all when i phoned them. i phoned the call centre for months and i was kept on hold for minutes until i ran out of airtime.<br> i just wish telkom all the bad luck in the world. i just wish they lose everything or liquidate, whatever. nw i dont need their help. i wanted it last year, and they deserted me like i am piece of dirt. they made me feel like i was doing them a favour by being their customer. i lost good job opportunity because of telkom. or maybe it's because i am black. and i am quite certain that everyone who is giving positive feedback on this site about them is white. because black people always get bad service all the time.
