I HATE TELKOM DONT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM

On my side i had submitted my contract conciliation form on the 30/10/2017, Telkom prolonged the procedure of cancelling my contract till mid Dcember. I dont want services from Telkom as they are a pathetic service provider, Twlkom deducted from my account month end Decmber and now they want to deduct again from my account this month end January, which i dont understand why cause now the device is on prepaid and they claim that they want to deduct for their services. My contract was meant to be canceled on the 30/11/2017 and its Telkom due to their incompetency they pro longed the procedure on purpose. I hate TElkom and would advice any one to take a contract with Telkom.
