I hate telkom

Ok so let’s hope this works. My daughter who is a student has had her life tarnished because of Telkom. Her phone was ****** and R20000.00 was trf in airtime over a weekend. Even though she had a spend limit of R500.00. This has affected her credit worthiness severely. I have tried all avenues to speak to a senior person to try and resolve this with no luck. I am even happy to make a settlement offer. What company has no contact details for the legal department or any regional or area manager. Their service is so shocking that I don’t think these people want to give out their numbers. So no we have a young top university Bsc graduate that has a bad name until this is resolved. But to date (going back 2 years) we still can’t get this resolved. I very much doubt that they will even respond. I am also going to paste this all over social media where ever I can
