Dear Telkom

I would just like to know that do you value your customers and their support to your business?

Because the way you conduct business with your customers is appalling. I have been in contact with your customer service department since 23/12/2021 to get my nr reinstated but it seems like it's rocket science. I provide the same information as per your agents but the nr is still not reinstated. I know I'm not going to get any response from you because that's how you operate. You don't care.

It's really ridiculous how such a big company don't care about their customers.
