I hate Telkom

In Aug 2023 I closed my 4G data contract. However at the end of the month they tried to debit after they confirmed that contract was cancelled. That meant that they would charge me R202 for non payment. The amount put my credit profile in arrears. No communication from Telkom. Last month I paid the amount. But it was allocated to a wrong account. I'm still waiting for them to allocate the amount to the right account, and give me my paid up letter. This is after more than 15 calls. I hate Telkom with all my heart.
