I HATE TELKOM!

I have been trying to cancel my ADSL line since last year. I received an email with a cancellation order number confirming that my line will be cancelled on the 9th of Feb 2019 but this has still not been cancelled. NO one contacts me or calls me back. This is unacceptable and the service is from Telkom is absolutely HORRIBLE - I will not refer anyone I know to use Telkom as a SP.
