I HATE TELKOM!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Mobile contact for the last 6 months with no luck. I have been charged for these last 6 month even though I have not used the service. I even had debt collectors after me for the outstanding amount.

Last month I decide to pay the amount they are demanding just to get rid of Telkom and I thought everything was now sorted.

Only to get an invoice this month that I still owe them money and that they tried to debt it from my previous bank account. When they couldn't, they charged me R202.70 for not being able to deduct the money. This for a payment of only R49.53!!!!!!! ***!!!!!!!

I have been trying to connect them on 081180 as per their web site, but as with everything TELKOM related, it does not wor****!!

I HATE TELKOM!!!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN I MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

AND I'LL TELL ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

This is not even the first or second time that they **** up like this. They have no idea what it means to run a customer orientated business. They will go under as soon as there is more competition and I can't wait for the day that happens.
