I HATE TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sooo happy my last Telkom contract are coming to an end in June, because I have been tormented by Telkom's billing department. At my place of employment ALMOST 85% of my colleagues literally hate Telkom's as a service provider - if one can label them as that coz they DON'T provide service - they just chase money. ALL Telkom CAN DO AS A BUSINESS IS BILLING; sadly they even CANNOT DO THAT CORRECTLY and their staff's FAMOUS RESPONSE IS... IT'S THE SYSTEM!!! I've dealing with a Andy Masbosha (team leader in Telkom call centre) and Harrison Malunga (assistant manager Telkom call centre) - all I've been trying to do is to get a debit order rejection charged reversed as I do not have an active debit order set up because the bank account I had with Telkom are closed and they were notified thereof, but EVERY MONTH THEY GO AND TRY TO DEBIT THAT CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT AND ON'T GET MONEY AND THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME THIS DEBIT ORDER REJECTION FEE; which I refuse to pay as I've told to STOP deducting that non-existing bank account. The reason for NOT giving Telkom new bank details is because previously Telkom's 'BIILING SYSTEM' would randomly deduct from my bank account and NOT deduct on the instructed or specified date I gave them and it deduction was NEVER the agreed contracted amount. If you call to query these deduction then you get told its the SYSTEM and a debit order date change takes minimum of 21 days to be lodged meaning their SYSTEM but the SYSTEM continuous to deduct on random dates which is UNACCEPTABLE. Therefore I decided to transfer the fund monthly to them. So I received a call from Andy about 2 weeks ago telling how IMPOSSIBLE it is to reverse this wrongly debit order rejection fee of R202.70 because the 'SYSTEM' won't do it; but before they could reverse this debit order rejection fee; I clearly showed him on previous invoices the reversal of previous debit order rejection fees, which he saw and he agreed it was previously reverse but he INSISTS that I CANNOT BE DONE. Why must I sign on a new debit order if I have one month left on this HELL contract... I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH TELKOM; Only to be tormented with random amounts and deduction dates. ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS debit order rejection to be reversed like it was previously done because I've paid FAITHFULLY PAID TWO contracts every month VIA direct transfer. Since its about the MONEY FOR TELKOM - The principle is TELKOM previously got their MONEY and will get the last months money as well, because they are NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN BUT THEY ARE MONEY DRIVEN JUST LIKE THE SOUTH AFRICAN GOVENRMNENT SYSTEM!!! Andy (Telkom call centre team leader) PROMISED he will get Harrison Malunga to call me but its been 2 WEEKS ALREADY no response, no call just outright disrespect shown to customers. to me Telkom as company DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY NOT PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE!!! THEREFORE, I REFUSE TO PAY THE DEBIT ORDER REJECTION FEE BECAUSE I HAVE PREVIOUSLY spoken to Harrison Malunga who managed to reversed this debit order rejection fee... so why CAN'T it be done now as I only have ONE month to go then I AM BREAKING ALL TIES WITH TELKOM AND THEY CAN THEN GO TO HELL; MATTER OF FACT I PRAY THAT THEY GO OUT BUSINESS!!!!!
