I HATE TELKOM

You called me and offered me a package, you then deliver the wrong device and activate it on your own, you collect the wrong device, deliver the correct one but continue to debit my account for both devices FOR 8 MONTHS!!!! Endless phone calls for the past 8 months, went into branches, spoke to about 9 people in your call centre and still NOTHING! Stop robbing us. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I am literally crying with frustration. I HATE YOU TELKOM
