I hate it when people cost me money just because they can , i called Telkom Signet centre and advised my sim card does not read anymore on phones and I need to change it and asked what I need to do for that to happen and was advised to bring it in and asked what else bring with and was advised proof of residence and ID copy asked if the proof of residence can be a bank statement was advised yes and asked what time they closed and I was advised it's 17h00 so I told her I was on my way ,took a taxi and went to Signet cetre only to be told they have system updates and not able to work ,asked her but I called first and before i could finishe that sentence, she says I must remember she is human too and she makes mistakes so that was a mistake, Advised her that her mistake cost me money unfortunately so she needs to see how she can assist me and she needs to ask for assistance from other stores to deal with my query cause I cannot come back tomorrow for that and she refused saying there is nothing she can assist me with there is no way another store will do a swim swap and she gives a sim this side that's impossible but I think she wanted to be the last man standing that's all ,she wanted to have a last say .her name is Keamogetswe Menyatso
