I hate how they frustrated us.

4 days ago I took up a cellphone contracts with Telkom in Vincent Park East London, however a day later I realized that it had faults such as the screen not responding and the microphone malfunctioning in that people were not able to hear me at times. I then decided to go in store to report it and ask for a replacement but they refused to take it back because apparently only a manager can assist me. I then went to the store again yesterday and was informed that managers don't work on Sundays. Today I managed to make time once again to visit them and this time the camera glass has been broken. This is day light robery because I am being forced to keep a faulty phone because Telkom are not able to assist me. What is worse with this is that this is all happening within in less than even 7 days.

They keep on showing me short cut to the Google applications... All I want is a phone with no speaker issues.
