I had to hold, but received good service
Eventhough I've tried to phone Telkom 10210 a few times in the past, and I had to hold very long so I just eventually hung up, I am pleased with their service today. I phoned again today and Kashvear (I hope it's spelled correctly) from Retention awnsered within a minute. He was friendly and proffesional and helped me quickly. Thank you
