I Had signed a contract with telkom for a 10mbps line a amd then told i can only habe a 1mbps line

I am outraged as they had checked that i can have a 10mbps at my home so i signed a contract with telkom. When the technician came out to install my Wifi i was then only told i can have a 1mbps line. I feel now that they have now giving me something i can not have!
