I had cancelled my contract with Telkom within my 10 day cooling off period in Dec 2022 yet they never closed the account now I’m expected to pay R450 every month for a device that they even collected last year in Dec and they’ve been investigating for 2 months why the account was never closed with no feedback or answers. In the meantime I’m expected to be understanding and patient while they keep taking my money every month from my bank account.
